项目背景：Office365 基础 (Foundations) 工程系统 (Engineering System) 用于支持Exchange和Office365的流水线到产品环境的发布，包括从初始的产品概念，到开发，验证，编译，再到发布。客户寻求有经验，并能快速适应性的优秀工程师：创建高效的工具，构建大规模的基础设施服务，为软件工程师们提供高效赋能的卓越工程体验，构建 Office 365 基础认证/云活动目录的核心组件

岗位职责
Dashboard Design & Development: Build custom Grafana dashboards that provide insights into system health, performance, and user activity.
Data Integration: Connect Grafana with various data sources (e.g., Kusto, Cosmos, Prometheus, SQL) and create real-time data visualizations.
User Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring dashboards meet user needs and provide actionable insights.
Performance Monitoring: Develop monitoring solutions that alert stakeholders to potential issues before they impact business.
Optimization & Maintenance: Optimize dashboards for performance, readability, and maintainability; provide ongoing maintenance and updates as requirements evolve.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues with data connections, dashboard performance, and visualization inaccuracies.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of dashboards, including design choices, metrics used, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and analytics teams to integrate dashboards with broader monitoring and alerting systems.
任职要求
Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Grafana dashboard development, including Grafana plugins, custom panels, and data sources.
Data Source Knowledge: Strong experience in working with common monitoring and time-series data sources (e.g., Kusto， cosmos).
Scripting Skills: Knowledge of query languages (e.g., KQL, SQL, PromQL).
UI/UX for Dashboards: Ability to design clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing dashboards.
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in identifying issues with data connections and performance bottlenecks.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with technical and non-tech

Experience in Monitoring/Alerting Systems: Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus) and experience in alerting setup.
Understanding of Cloud Environments: Experience with Azure cloud providers and related monitoring services.
Experience with KQL queries: Familiarity with using KQL queries.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Familiarity with tools like Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure management.
Experience with CI/CD Tools: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of [7 years] experience in Grafana dashboard development or a similar role.
