岗位职责: Develop, lead and monitor Channel/OEM/IKAM project sales business strategy and activities to achieve sales turnover and profit objectives. 1. According to the company's overall strategy and market situation, formulate sales plans and activities, manage the daily activities of channel/OEM/IKAM sales team, and implement the company's overall sales strategy in the designated areas, product lines, market segments or customer lists; 2. Be responsible for the construction and growth of channel/OEM/IKAM sales team, cultivate professional sales team, participate in the establishment of incentive mechanism for channel/OEM/IKAM sales team, motivate sales personnel to develop and maintain channel/OEM/IKAM partners; 3. Supervise sales volume, revenue and cost according to budget, clarify problems, adjust procedures or reallocate resources, and improve overall performance of Channel/OEM/IKAM sales team; 4. Help team members to develop, communicate and manage important customers, coordinate and maintain the market, participate in major programs; 5. Be responsible for the sales management of the channel/OEM/IKAM team under its jurisdiction, including the formulation, decomposition, deployment and supervision of the implementation of the sales target; 6. Regularly or irregularly visit important customers; establish and maintain good cooperative relationship with customers and distributors; 7. Manage daily channel/OEM/IKAM work, including sales reports, review of orders, delivery and other business reports, guide, supervise and effectively control the sales activities; 8. Develop e-business opportunity strategy and manage its operation; 9. other duties as requested by manager or to suit the needs of the business.
任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree. An additional commercial qualification (e.g. MBA) would be a plus. 2. At least 8 years of leadership experience with profound expertise in the market within the construction/building environment. 3. Ability to think strategically and tactically to drive the business forward. 4. Ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop team members. 5. High implementation capability, outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. 6. Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels, a leadership and communication style that suits the local setting in China. 7. Proficiency in oral and written English within a business context.
