Key Responsibilities
1. Direct contacts to customers and service providers Customers: 61 Written and verbal contacts with customers. 61 Maintain KYC, DDR, daily inventory, import process. 61 Handle transit trade and spot deal business. 61 Arranging for documents and collection of settlement and payments.
Service providers: 61 Checking and arranging service contracts, payments, claims 61 Insuring the cargo/transports 61 Being in regular contact with shipping agents 61 Logistics arrangement including bulk, container, rail, truck, barge, warehouse etc. 61 Coordinate to prepare the issuance of shipping documents 61 Screen the service provider and report incidents happened 61 Conduct Due Diligence check on storage locations 61 Ensure the business/commodity/quality are in compliance with customs and local regulations
2. Coordinate with internal teams 61 Commercial ops team, trader, accounting, compliance, legal tax and team
3. Inspection 61 Arranging inspection per company rules, sampling, assaying and umpire of the various products 61 Coordinate with warehouse to reconcile the stock position 61 Organize stock audit if required
4. Other supporting part 61 Prompt and timely update on operations system and reports 61 Use system reports to control the shipment flow/accurate data entry/exposures, evaluate the common issues to save operational cost 61 Preparing for all necessary documentation (holding certificates, bank releases, transport documents, due diligences, stock inspection, insurance, invoices etc.)
