Position Summary Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, this role will become an expert on Zeiss SMS repair products and is responsible for providing local technical support for SMS CN. The Local technical support includes On-site & Remote Escalation Support, escalation leading and management between local and HQ. Certified Service Training & On-job Training.ocassionally Service Excellence projects and any other duties and responsibilities as as-signed by the management Requirements Education Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical/Optics/Material/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering Experience 1、At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in similar field 2、Preferably with experience with ZEISS Electronic Microscopy column 3、Knowledge/experience in semiconductor mask solution 4、Technical experience working in the semiconductor industry is preferred Other skills 1、Effective communication and interpersonal skills 2、Good communication skills written and verbally in English 3、Travelling ML CN and HQ 4、Ability to work under pressure 5、Target-oriented and autonomous method of operation 6、Excellent analytical way of thinking 7、Excellent PC knowledge 8、Excellent electronics knowledge 9、Team player 10、Exhibit great sense of urgency in tasks assigned Main Tasks 1、Support all SMS repair system 2、Provide input and improvement for Service documentation of service operations and assessment to drive needed changes for quality assurance 3、On-site and Remote support for FSEs 4、 Service Training development and certified trainer for FSEs 5、 Responsible for the interface between HQ, local support team & management and FSEs and as a contact communication with these organizations 6、 Additional duties may be assigned as required by manager
