61 Work together with project team in whole product development life cycle, bring the design concepts, verify and release within the quality, timing and cost targets.
61 Responsible for LED driver power stage and control circuit and hardware design and debugging.
61 Responsible for topology selection such as buck, boost, buck-boost or fly-back in terms of different application.
61 Responsible for key components design and selection, co-work with component team and procurement team to continuously drive with satisfied performance in components cost down.
61 Responsible for the loss estimation of power components to enable thermal design.
61 Interact with other technical design functions to ensure product function and performance meet customer expectation and stretched cost target.
61 Be responsible for EE release report and documenting the lesson learn to build the strong knowledge data base to support future development.
61 61Support group leader and competence leader to coach junior electronic engineer for competence improvement.

61 At least 5 years working experience in power electronics design with Bachelor+ degree in Electronics Engineering.
61 Solid knowledge background on electronic circuit analysis, power electronic circuit theory.
61 Strong capability on issue debugging and problem solving.
61 Able to document design report and validation report, draft design guideline and application notes.
61 Fast learning and able to adapt to dynamic environment quickly.
61 Open minded and self motivation, willing to learn and willing to take challenge in dynamic environment ,strong execution and ability to drive for result.
61 Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
61 Able to perform PCB layout.
