工作职责：
1. Working as primary technical interface with HQ and other OEM for product and know-how transfer;
可担当总部和其他OEM客户的主要技术窗口，负责产品和技术的本土化转移， 包括本土化的整机制造，定制等工程设计及其技术服务。
2. Develop a reasonable production process route and flow based on product design requirements, and determine process parameters and process equipment.
根据产品设计要求，制定合理的生产工艺路线和流程，确定工艺参数和工艺装备。
3. Compile detailed process documents such as process specifications and operation manuals, clarifying production operation steps, quality control key points, etc.
编写详细的工艺规程、作业指导书等工艺文件，明确生产操作步骤、质量控制要点等。
4. Pay attention to the technological development trends in the industry, conduct research and development of new processes and technologies to improve production efficiency and product quality.
关注行业技术发展趋势，开展新工艺、新技术的研究与开发工作，提高生产效率和产品质量。
5. Go deep into the production site, supervise the implementation of process documents, promptly correct non - compliant operations, and ensure that the production process meets the process requirements.
参与生产设备的选型工作，根据工艺要求提出设备技术参数和性能指标，负责新设备的调试和验收。
6. Analyze and solve quality problems in the production process, identify process - related causes, take improvement measures, and reduce the rejection rate.
分析解决生产过程中的质量问题，找出工艺方面的原因，采取改进措施，降低废品率。
7. Calculate and analyze the process costs. Through measures such as process optimization and reduction of material consumption, control production costs.
对工艺成本进行核算和分析，通过优化工艺、降低物料消耗等措施，控制生产成本。
8. Select appropriate raw materials and auxiliary materials according to process requirements, and control material quality and inventory.
根据工艺要求，选择合适的原材料和辅助材料，控制物料质量和库存
9. Collaborate closely with departments such as R & D, production, quality, and procurement to jointly solve problems in product development and production processes.
与研发、生产、质量、采购等部门密切合作，协同解决产品开发和生产过程中的问题。
10. Provide process technical training to production operators to improve employees' operational skills and quality awareness.
对生产操作人员进行工艺技术培训，提高员工的操作技能和质量意识
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor;

岗位要求：
1. 机械相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 电脑操作熟练；
3. 熟练运用：CAD、PDM、金蝶K3系统;
4. 三年以上自动化设备公司工艺工程师经验；
5. 英语熟练.
