Business Development: 1. Support senior leadership team to achieve Antengene short-term, mid-term and long-term strategic goal via Strategy building and Deal Execution; 2. Support BD team from strategy building to deal execution at seamless manner; Lead business development opportunity search; 3. Support scientific and financial evaluation of potential opportunities; 4. Develop deal structures and models; 5. Execute negotiations and contract development (collaborating with all relevant parties across relevant functional areas); 6. Manage and coordinate cross-functional transaction teams.
Alliance Management: 1. Stable alliance management – (i) the planning, preparation and execution of governance meetings, (ii) Identify and manage the potential risks for the partnership and support senior management from the business and contractual perspectives and resolve conflicts between Antengene and its partners in a manner that promotes the best interests of the partnership; 2. Continuously work with alliance partners to build better alliance governance, by anticipating changes of alliance goal, Antengene and Partner’s strategic goal.
Others: 1. Support monthly CI updates to R&D team 2. Ad hoc support for CEO office
Requirements: 1. Over 3 Years pharmaceutical/biotech company experience, or Over 2 Years Consulting Firm; 2. Business Development, or Alliance Management, or, Finance, or Corporate Strategy experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech company; 3. Financial Modelling/Valuation skills (Intermediate Level); 4. Must be fluent in Chinese and English; 5. Good presentation skills; 6. Strong strategic and logical thinking and toughness; 7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, not by say, but by DO; 8. Highly presentable with proficient in Excel and Power-point.
