Job Description:
1. Develop new customers in the industry (including but not limited to through seminars/exhibitions/recommendations/visits/phone calls, etc.), and solve customers' testing/certification needs as an authoritative third party;
行业内新客户开发（包括但不限于通过研讨会/展会/引荐/拜访/电话等方式），作为权威第三方解决客户检测/认证需求；
2. Maintain existing customers, maintain customer stickiness and improve service satisfaction;
维系现有客户，保持客户粘性并提高服务满意度；
3. Assist in holding industry seminars, collect and summarize industry trends, and conduct industry ecology and demand analysis.
协助举办行业内研讨会，收集汇总行业动态，进行行业生态及需求分析。

Job Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, age 20-30 years old electrical related major preferred;
全日制本科以上学历，电气相关专业优先，年龄20-30岁；
2. Have experience in TIC/testing and certification industry, and those with strong learning and adaptation ability are preferred;
具备 TIC/检测认证行业经验，学习适应能力强者优先；
3. Good anti-pressure ability, and be able to interface with customers with result-oriented;
良好的抗压能力，能够以结果为导向与客户对接；
4. Good communication skills, and be able to conduct internal communication with project promotion-oriented;
良好的沟通能力，能够以项目推进为导向进行内部沟通；
5. Good English ability, CET-4 or above;
英语良好，CET 四级及以上；
6. Have the willingness to develop in the enterprise for a long term and accumulate constantly.
