Key Responsibilities 岗位职责 1- Project management--50% 61 Report to production manager on all project management issues: 61 Responsible for management of project team incl. personnel from engineering, site work: 61 Responsible for total execution of projects from start to final acceptance and close-out (time, cost, quality, organization, safety and risk etc...) 61 Follow up the CEF process and all of the project document management. 2- GMP Improvement--20% 61 Work with production team and support team to find new technology to help the problem solving: 61 Work with quality team and process team to summarize the GMP issue and make the action to improvement: 3- Process improvement--20% 61 Work with process team and production team to optimize production process: 61 Connect with outside resource to support team to innovation and improvement: 4- other--10% 61 Support other departments as needed 61 Assistant to production manager to make the strategy of production objective setting. 61 Cooperated production supervisor to manage the workshop. Job Specification 职位要求 1- bachelor degree in brew engineering or equivalent, more than 5 years experience in the project management and engineering 2- Proficiency in English both verbal and writing 3- Strong engineering in food industry, MES system experience and automation control system 4- Good Projects Management Skill 5- Strong analytical, logic thinking and problem solving skill 6- good communication skill and persentataion skill
