An extensive marketing scope of 2 categories (facial cleanser and Deo) gives you multiple opportunities to grow marketing capabilities, from Innovation pillar to GTM campaign and business analysis.
You will be fully Involved in end-to-end strategy and planning along with executional projects.

The purposes of this position are:
1) Innovation projects management (70% of daily work) – Coordinate and work closely with countries, global, project leader, supply chain and R&D partners, monitoring whole Innovation process with OTIF delivery. Responsible for NEA master artworks to ensure best execution on branding through packaging and managing China local artworks co-working with R&D to reach the competency on market
2) Campaign – Support full year campaigns for key franchises from creative to omnichannel campaign activation & executions.
3) Business analytics – Support online/offline business tracking and review to pinpoint business opportunities and challenges.
4) NL/RL Project GTM – Support innovation projects for GTM execution, eg. giving local marketing & business input to global project owners, local AW adaptation, product registration, system maintenance, etc.
Main KPI tracking:
1) OTIF (on time in full) deliver on all projects
2) Build on brand equity and awareness via consistent branded message delivery
Qualification:
1) Bachelor Degree or above;
2) Fluent English communication skills (verbal + written);
3) 2-3 years related working experience.
4) FMCG brand marketing working background, skin care and MT background is preferred; with innovation experience is preferred
5) Down-to-earth, strong ownership, supportive and collaborative, resilient, able to deal with ambiguity, and strong interpersonal /communication skill.
