职责: 1、Based on E-commerce team sales target, make channel strategic sales plan and periodical goal. 2、Closely working with product and E-marketing team, to optimize product sales and achieve sales goal. 3、Routine analysis of key business metrics including e-store traffic, conversion analysis, performance approach, merchandising efficiency, ROI, etc. 4、Manage and guild TP to deliver good execution to make sure the KPI result is in line with the plan. 5、Conduct tracking of competitor activities to improve market intelligence. 6、Translate analysis and insights into tangible actions, and contribute into short, mid, and long-term strategy.
任职要求: 1、college degree or above. 2、5 years or above experience in e-commerce industry.
