Major Tasks & Responsibilities 61 Assist the Assistant Directors and coordinate with centres in preparing and consolidating reports on asset performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics etc. 61 Support the Assistant Directors in reviewing and analyzing asset performance including but not limited to sales and P&L analysis. 61 Support the Assistant Directors in retail partner relationship development and maintenance, and liaison with major retail groups. 61 Support the Assistant Directors in coordination with local teams in various market including leasing, marketing and portfolio management. 61 Assist in the development of marketing materials for leasing and tenant outreach, and ensure high quality presentations. 61 Assist in preparing and formulating strategy papers for senior management, summarizing research findings and recommendations. 61 Support the Assistant Directors in the budgeting and financial planning process for retail portfolio. 61 Meet with prospective retail tenants, present leasing opportunities, and gather requirements. 61 Supervise Officers in conducting market research on retail trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviors etc. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements 61 University graduate with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in retail leasing, with property management experience in reputable organizations is preferred. 61 Strong analytical skills 61 Strong presentation skills and excellent written communications in English. 61 Strong communications and interpersonal skills. 61 Strong sense of market, and attention to details. 61 Professional qualification in Surveying or equivalent would be an asset. 61 Fluent English & Mandarin.
