Major Job Responsibility:
职责内容：
-To process sales orders in accurate and efficient manner under various sales mode including CPCSC Ex-warehouse, indent and on-water sales.
-To communicate with internal and external customers to ensure information flows effectively.
-To audit LC terms and conditions and prepare LC negotiation documents for payment collection.
-To coordinate with import agency to handle Customs clearance process.
-To liaise with transporter, warehousing staff and customers to ensure timely shipment/delivery of orders.
-To prepare periodical order reports, check monthly billings of transporters/warehouse and make monthly stock reconsolidation.


Requirement:

-College degree in Commerce/Business.
-3 or more years of working experience.
-Proficient at SAP operation and import & export declaration knowledge is better
-Computer knowledge – MS Office; knowledge of Platinum is an advantage.
-Fluent in English and CET-6 is required
