Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the sourcing process for all BTL marketing materials, including promotional items, point-of-sale displays, and event materials. - Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and brand standards. - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms. - Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. - Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards. - Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, including supplier agreements, pricing, and delivery schedules. - Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new sourcing opportunities. - Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating logistics for timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Proficient in sourcing software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
