Your role and responsibilities
- Being business partner for RAMA’s regional and local Leadership Team for any governance related issues
- Representing your RAMA region within the RAMA Division Governance Team.
- Support the RAMA governance process from an end-to-end perspective.
- Roll out policies and procedures within the regional and local organizations, assure that they are properly implemented.
- Ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and procedures by monitoring the effectiveness of the governance process within your RAMA region (e.g. authorization table updates).
- Take over the responsibility for governance related communication tasks within your RAMA region.
- Perform training sessions on governance topics.
- Support the regional and local fiduciary duties process as well as the authorization table set up and handling.

Qualifications for the role
- University degree in Legal, Economics or similar qualifications (additional governance related certifications are an advantage)
- At least three years’ experience in a finance or legal function with focus on financial and governance processes preferably in an industry environment
- Previous experience in implementation and maintenance of corporate policies among multinational organizations
- Ability to work cross functional with different business partners in a multinational environment Solid understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Solid understanding of assurance related topics e.g. Internal Controls, Risk Management
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
- Strong team player and communicator
