About the job: Main responsibilities: 61Solve where possible independently the issues reported by customers, Commissioning Engineers and/or Site Support Engineers in NEA, e.g. ordering and supplying to the ship yard of missing or broken items; 61Responsible for follow up of the claims, placing right parts in system as per claim workflow. 61Keep track of the parts from vendor/DC till customer end. 61Follows up on actions to warrant quality improvement if necessary. 61Monitor claim cost and analyse claim status regularly. 61Improve local&global supplier product quality 61Other quality or claim related matters Support responsibilities: 61Other tasks assigned by department and company What you know: Knowledge & Skills: 1.Bachelor degree is required 2.Preferably with some knowledge in mechanics. 3.Fluent in English, CET-6 is preferred.
