The main role of the commercial analyst is to support the Commercial Services management with professional analysis and advice on pricing, profitability and financial improvement. Primary tasks involve reviewing parts, services pricing and dealing with commercial support enquiries from dealers. This role requires strong numerical ability and a strong analytical sense, Typical work includes pricing review, business forecasting, dealer performance analysis (parts), designing BI and improving our data-driven business model.
Responsibility 1.Provide strategic commercial recommendations and advice to senior management for Parts and Service pricing 2.Continuously perform qualitative competitor analysis and provide a clear strategy and solution proposal 3.Drive data-driven decision making for parts and service pricing through data analyst tools and BI 4.Lead various commercial/business-related strategic projects on demand 5.Proactive and systematic communication with Dealers to ensure a customer demand-driven business model 6.Provide professional business cases to support supplier negotiations 7.Design, update, and train key stakeholders on the usage of Power BI (Services) 8.Support all commercial services analysis demand, i.e., contract, warranty, goodwill, parts, service 9.Work with the Service senior management team to review the financial statement and identify improvement areas 10.Support with administration tasks for the senior management team (Services)
