Line Manager: Deputy Head & International Curriculum Director

Position Summary 职责描述：
1、To provide students with professional, high-quality subject teaching services and small class teaching services.
为学生提供专业、高质量的科目教学服务及小班教学服务。

2、Make learning plans and plans according to the situation of students, be familiar with the curriculum system of international schools, and help children improve their English level
根据学生情况制定学习方案以及规划，能够熟悉掌握国际学校课程体系，帮助孩子提高英文水平 ·

3、Skilled in using different teaching methods, designing different teaching AIDS, combining teaching with fun, improving children's interest in learning, designing curriculum planning and formulating curriculum objectives, and helping students get offers in the preparation stage of international primary school entrance examination
熟练运用不同教学方法， 设计不同教具， 寓教于乐， 提高孩子学习兴趣，设计课程规划以及制定课程目标，升学备考阶段帮助学生获得offer

4、Evaluate students' learning results regularly and make detailed analysis to adjust and optimize teaching content, progress and methods in time.
定期评估学生的学习效果，并做详细分析及时调整优化教学内容、进度和方法。

5、Do a good job of assisting and guiding question answering. Provide students with timely academic guidance and daily communication with parents, keep abreast of students' situation and communicate with parents about their learning status
做好辅助引导答疑工作。及时给学生进行学术指导 ·与家长日常沟通，及时了解学生情况并与家长沟通学习状态

6、Contributing effectively to the wider aspects of the school, e.g. extracurricular activities;
对学校的各方面发展及活动作出积极贡献，包括但不限于课外活动等

7、Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
部门领导布置的其它任务。

Requirement 岗位要求
1、 Degree or above, major in pre-school education;
大学本科及以上学历，学前教育专业；
2、 Study abroad background is preferred, guidance experience in internationally renowned schools is preferred;
有留学背景优先，有国际知名学校升学辅导指导经验优先；
3、A formal teaching qualification and at least 2 years teaching experience as an excellent classroom teacher;
持有幼儿园教师资格证，并拥有至少2年优秀主班老师的相关经验；
4、 Good communication skills and develop effective relationships with parents
良好的沟通技巧，并与家长保持有效的沟通和良好的关系；
5、 Experience of working overseas or with international students would be an advantage.
有在国际化工作环境中工作经验的人优先考虑。
