Position Description: 1.Responsible for AEC and optical transceiver products quality management works, support the products design quality, manufacturing quality and RMA management. 2.Planning for short-term/long-term quality improvement, take actions to achieve quality improvement targets. 3.Evaluate/schedule/prepare Sustainable operation activities: quality management process establishing, procedures drafting and releasing, supporting related department optimize working process and procedure. 4.Planning for the products APQP, PPAP, FMEA. 5.Co-work with engineering, PM and testing team to improve the whole process sustainable operation ability, monitoring production Y/R, driving the quality issues/concern to be resolved in time. 6.Highlight and report the risk if there’s any, involved and support to track the RMA, FA related works. 7.Responsible for the suppliers quality management works. 8.Managing the contract manufacturer’s quality activities, make sure the process is reliable and production output with high level quality performance.
Preferred Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Engineering. Optical, Mechanical, Electrical are preferred. 2.8 years or above QE working experience, including at least 2 years as total quality management role is must, familiar with SQE/IQC/IPQC/QA/QMS and project QE is preferred. 3.Working experience in famous telecom or datacenter company is desired, familiar with the quality management for AIDC product is preferred, such as server products, switch, data link, computing equipment etc. Familiar with optical module, AOC, AEC, DAC products is preferred. 4.Has experience of manufacturing related quality engineering works is must. Working in information and communications technology is preferred. 5.Good experience of using quality management tools like: APQP, PPAP, FEMA, familiar with ISO/TL quality system. 6.Has the experience of establishing the whole quality management system and related process is desired. 7.Good at communications and English skill. English could be working language. 8.Could travel to contract manufacturer in China and oversea.
