RESPONSIBILITY
61 Negotiate with landlord for better contract terms and counter location
61 Existing market/boutique and potential market visit in China, complete market visit report
61 Set up Clarins BD data base (shopping mall/Department Store information… and analyze the information)
61 Ensure Market information and database is updated
61 New opening and low productivity store regular review
61 Prepare weekly and monthly reports for reference
61 Update project status to other internal function to ensure opening as plan
61 Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager


REQUIREMENT
61 3+ years BD experience is required, Landlord experience is plus
61 Logical thinking and good communication ability
61 Excellent oral and written English
61 Excellent EXCEL and PPT skills
61 Good data analytic skills, statistical background preferred
61 Meticulous and very organized
61 Able to work independently
61 Willing to travel frequently
61 Professional & friendly manner
