Your main responsibilities are 61 Manage and coordinate Field Service and Workshop invoice activities. 61 OT calculation for FS Engineers. 61 Manage FS CDP (FS personal confidential data platform) system. 61 Cooperate with Service Coordinator/Commissioning Manager/Workshop Team Leader/FS Resource Manager in daily administrative work. 61 Act as contact person for customer during the invoice process. 61 Interact with relevant internal stakeholders. 61 Ensure that the work is executed according to Wartsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines. 61 Follow-up and report the status of the invoice process to customer or relevant internal stakeholders. 61 Monitoring FS margin on work order, report abnormal cost immediately. 61 Preparing of FS work order for VAT refund, debriefing, service record files maintaining after completion. 61 Close cooperation with related functions e.g., Service Development and Finance. 61 Ensuring continuous quality development and process optimization.
