Job Summary - Under the guidance of the manager, plan, organize and coordinate People activities to support the implementation of the People strategies and business plan in the areas of employee life cycle management, international assignment support, training & development, compensation & benefits (C&B), and employee relations, etc., per company’s PX policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities: 61 Training & Development: 1. Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to meet the professional development needs of employees at all levels. 2. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities. 3. Coordinate external training providers and resources, ensuring training programs are aligned with company goals and industry standards. 4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback sessions, and performance metrics. 5. Facilitate succession planning by identifying key positions and developing internal talent pools. 6. Coach and mentor employees on career pathing, skill building, and career progression opportunities. 61 People Engagement: 7. Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. 8. Coordinate employee recognition programs, events, and activities that promote a positive work culture. 9. Support to foster open communication channels and conduct regular employee engagement surveys to gather insights and drive improvements. 10. Collaborate with the HR team to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and improve overall employee well-being. 61 HR Operations: 1. Focus on employee life cycle management per People Operations standard policy & procedure and the legal requirements. 2. Implement new employee on-boarding process; 3. Organize orientation to help new employees to integrate into the SKF environment; 4. Build and enhance employee relations by organizing team building event, healthcare activities and social events. 5. Facilitate new employee’s probation evaluation, and update in PX system timely; 6. Implement employee termination process; 7. Implement employee internal transfer process; 8. PX system data maintenance, and as HRIS system key user to join in system optimization project if needed. 9. Act as a strong contact window for employees’ question and provide various support such as Hukou, residence topic etc… 10. Employee contract and p-file management ensure the complete of documentation. 11. Participate in and/or manage special PX projects as required. Qualification: 1. Bachelor or above degree majoring in human resources or similar 2. At least 5 years HR related working experience 3. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting. Experience of blue collars’ competence development is a big plus. 4. Strong understanding of talent development practices, including career pathing, succession planning, and performance management. 5. Approachable personal style, proactive, effective problem analysis, excellent planning and organization skills. 6. Good communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skill .Creative and customer oriented 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 8.
