Responsibility: 1.Manages the day-to-day operations of the Dr01ger hosting environment (on-premises and cloud) by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair. 2.Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained. 3.Applies revisions to host system firmware and software. 4.Works with vendors to assist support activities. 5. Active member of regional infrastructure product teams. 6. Support and maintenance of any local systems running within the office (LAN/WAN, Fileserver, Anti-virus, back-up/restore, local applications and infrastructure, etc…) 7. Participate in Local, regional and Global IT projects. 8. Develops tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Client Support and Systems Development staff to assist with work. 9. Manages the data center and computer host systems including hardware, software and equipment such as air-conditioning system, UPS (uninterrupted power system) and fire protection system. 10. Develops new system implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability. Trains technical staff in how to use new software and hardware developed and/or acquired. 11. Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical host computer resources. 12. Develops procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse. 13. Planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects. Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, coordinate team members, and serve as a liaison among stakeholders. 14. Additionally, troubleshooting issues and ensure project success.
Requirements: 1. College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related major degree. 2. Operating knowledge and hands on experience of the following areas: 61 Over 2 years of system administration 61 Cisco Protocol and networking 61 Server hardware and backups 61 Cloud Infrastructure Having administration experience with one of these areas are highly desirable: 61 Microsoft Active Directory 61 Cloud Hosting (Azure, AWS, Alicloud) 61 Cisco Meraki 61 Building Access Control System 3.English – CET 4 (Read/Write) 4.Networking Certification such as Cisco Meraki certification or CCNA 5.System Administration Certificates (Alicloud, Microsoft, Vmware) 6.Proven ability to multi-task, meet timelines and work autonomously. 7.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 8.Advance in problem solving 9.Ability to work in a team locally, regionally and globally
