Purpose / Mission: 1、Strategically leveraging all of our partnerships to build the brand in an integrated manner within the Go-To-Market (GTM) process. 2、Developing programs and events to enhance the brand as the brand-of-choice by runners and fans in China. 3、Developing and managing grassroots events to position as the most authentic and committed brand at the grassroots level.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning: 1、Strategically utilize our sponsored assets and events with marketing communication support to associate with our brand and products. 2、Manages product and service plans and leads team to provide best service to assets. 3、Inputs into sports marketing strategy with Senior Manager Sports Marketing. 4、Executes precisely the sports marketing strategy as it relates to the overall Marketing Plan. 5、Builds a portfolio of partners in order to efficiently and effectively communicate with the market. 6、Develops specific programs to activate our assets and to drive the brand.
Management 1、Manages the execution, monitoring and reporting of all programs/individuals/events around the assets. 2、Develops a reputation in the sports industry as the brand that provides the best products & services, and builds a healthy relationship with the industry. 3、Ensures that the teams and individuals wear and represent the products according to our Marketing Plan to communicate as the leading performance brand.
Financial: 1、Maximizes and follows the exact plan of the sports marketing budget according to the execution of the Marketing Plans/Sports Marketing strategy developed in coordination with the Senior Manager Sports Marketing. 2、Develops the budgetary plan for sports marketing Maximizes use of budget and ensures maximum return on financial investment. 3、Assumes responsibility for T&E budget.
Systems and Processes: 1、Negotiates and executes contracts, strategic alliances, events, product procurement,delivery, service to and the assets. 2、Ensures the management of our assets is a leader in the industry which includes: on-time delivery of our products, product satisfaction, and partnership building. 3、Work closely with the logistics and finance departments on processes to service our assets effectively and accurately. 4、Develops the procedures to control, track the distribution and manage inventory of promotional products Others.
任职资格: Other competencies / requirement: 1、Strong conceptual understanding of brand building and integration. 2、A passion for and an understanding of running/outdoor along with the desire to translate the passion into building the brand in the region. 3、Ability to multi-task and attention to detail. 4、Strong team player. 5、Very high level of integrity. 6、Communication skills, relationship management and empathy. 7、Customer service knowledge. 8、Negotiation skills.
Professional background / Experience: 1、Strong knowledge and background in the sports marketing industry in China. 2、Strong knowledge of Track & Field, Marathon.
