Operations Coordinator 1 Maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients. 2 Receive inquiries from the allocated clients and offer appropriate Moody services 3 Liaise with internal/external people to recommend the required engineer for client review and approval 4 Handle the client approved engineer availability with the team 5 Review service reports and distribute according to the assignment instruction. 6 Provide invoicing information to billing clerk and give them support. 7 Maintain record keeping system. 8 Prepare assignment Instructions to inspectors or other offices when necessary. 9 Contact suppliers to inform of Moody’s involvement and confirm client requirements. 10 Arrangement and confirmation of forthcoming visits to both Client, vendor and Inspector / Expediter. 11 Update files during work in progress. 12 Inform parties concerned of inspection / expediting results as necessary. 13 When in doubt, consult originator and / or Technical Management. 14 Liaise with client’s project manager and relevant.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
1 Bachelor degree with at least 3 years working experiences and 2 years customer service experience with an Engineering background is preferred. 2 Fluent in English writing and speaking 3 Strong communication skill and workable under pressure 4 Sense of business development and cost conscious 5 Willing to learn, willing to take challenges
