职位描述
1. Actively act as a business partner for the CS/BI/SKM team. Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to meet business needs in a timely manner.
2. Manage the DDI data and the third-party service vendor, ensure the accuracy and compliance of the sales data. Analyze channel data, investigate any data gap, identify channel opportunities, drive channel data automation and visibility.
3. Channel inventory monitoring and risk/audit control. Generate inventory reports and ensure channel inventory reconciliations.
4. Build dashboards to track trade performance, progress and KPIs of distributors, generate strategic and analysis reports, actively manage, and engage with key customers and business partners through regular dialogue to develop and execute joint operational plans.
5. Other tasks relating to channel operation/channel compliance depending on business requirements.
50% Actively act as a business partner for the CS/BI/SKM team
- Connect with local distributors to ensure the achievement of To-market sales.
- Monitor the In-market sales and ensure the reasonable channel inventory level.
- Responsible for alignment of operational processes or daily execution on channel supply chain, sales return, goods delivery and channel sample management, etc.
- Act as liaison facing business team to connect with local distributors and internal stakeholders to meet business requirements.
30% DDI data management, channel inventory management and risk/audit control. Analyze channel data, identify channel opportunities, drive channel data automation and visibility.
- DDI data daily operation with the third-party service vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the sales data. Coordinate with district commercial managers and local distributors to ensure the data integrity.
- Check inventory reconciliation reports at distributor level and investigate the gap if any.
- Generate a quarterly negative sales data report and investigate the results.
- Generate monthly channel inventory report.
15% Build dashboards to track trade performance, progress and KPIs of distributors, develop meeting platforms for different layers, generate strategy or analysis reports.
- Establish distributor review dashboards and KPI trackers.
- Coordinate and generate quarterly business credit report.
- Establish ANC review dashboard.
- Establish regular review meetings with cross-functional teams, district commercial teams and distributor review meetings
5% Strong audit sense, work together with the internal audit team, ensure daily compliance execution and data integrity
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent oral and written English
- At least 5 years’ working experience in channel operation or SFE team or big 4.
- Excellent data analysis and excel skills is a must
- Strong sense of ownership and strong execution ability
