Key Responsibilities: 1.Prospect for potential new partners and turn this into increased business 2.Business to Business & marketing development and management 3.Undertake proactive networking with all relevant potential strategic partners to expand service delivery opportunities 4.Enhance Wyndham Vacation Ownership brand status and image in the markets through developing and cooperating with industrial leading and good reputation brands 5.Identify opportunities for campaigns, events, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales 6.Work closely with the marketing team and coordinate with partners to deliver marketing campaigns and promotions to end customers 7.Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements 8.Drive and deliver targeted tour quantity as well as manage and control marketing cost 9.Maximize the outcome to benefit leads generation, tour production, customer experience enhancement, etc. through building effective campaign method and negotiate the best deal for company 10.Generate quality leads and work with Call Centre closely to ensure leads’ best use and converting into reasonable percentage of Qualified tours. 11.Cooperate and work with Operations team to optimize working processes and deliver joyful customer experiences 12.Support management with reports of productivity, efficiency, performance review, etc. Who and what are we looking for? 1.Proven experience in business negotiations and alliances management. 2.Fluent English and Mandarin skills are desirable. 3.Excellent interpersonal skills. 4.Advanced computer skills including previous experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe & Merlin are desirable. 5.A degree or equivalent qualification is recommended, but a proven background in business development may be sufficient. 6.A proven track record in strong presentation and communication skills is essential 7.High attention to detail and problem solving skills, practiced time management skills with the ability to multi-task and delegate appropriately 8.Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment 9.Ability to work independently, as required 10.Wide-ranging experience in the development of new initiatives and projects 11.Proven ability to develop strategies to meet individual and group goals
