Fine Fragrance PR Marketing Manager at Givaudan China – Your future position? As the Fine Fragrance PR Marketing Manager (香水业务公关市场经理), a core part of the China digital team, you will report to the Digital and Communication Team Manager. You are responsible for the execution of Givaudan’s PR, communication, and marketing strategies. You will have proven experience managing from social media contents production and promotion, B2B customers and influencers’ event manage-ment, to Fine fragrance category product marketing, to positively drive customer and influencers’ en-gagement and the fine fragrance business growth for China, while contribute to Givaudan global com-munication strategy and overall Givaudan China cross category business growth. Key Accountabilities and Duties 61 Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies for the fine fragrance business to drive brand awareness and market share. 61 Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Craft compelling contents, media kits, and promotional materials to effectively communicate our brand story. 61 Social media: Operating Givaudan’s own social media channel on Wechat, Wechat video, Redbook, tiktok……produce compelling and engaging contents and campaigns; also promote China contents to be published on global social media channels, e.g. Instagram and linkedin… 61 Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of PR campaigns, including online and offline events. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes. 61 Trends Analysis and Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends in fine fragrance, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics within the industry. Leverage these insights to shape and enhance our marketing and communication strategies effectively. 61 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, Business development, global corporate communication and marketing team, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all channels; support fine fragrance clients and projects when needed. 61 Budget Management: Manage the PR and marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact. 61 Business Partnership Development: Foster robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to uncover new business opportunities and enhance the customer experience.. 61 Ad-hoc project: initiate and lead, or support PR and customer events or projects, with flexibility when relevant and needed from a business perspective. 61 Agency/Supplier management You? Your professional profile includes: 61 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 61 Over 5 years of experience in PR and marketing, with a proven track record of demonstrating how PR and communication strategies contribute to achieving business objectives. 61 Passion for the Fragrance Industry. Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry/Advertising Agency/Copywriter/Video content maker is preferred. 61 Feel comfortable speaking in public and presenting in front of a camera 61 Strong understanding of China social media ecosystem, and digital marketing strategies and tools. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 61 Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication and marketing solutions. 61 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 61 Verbal and written command of Mandarin and English (must to have) 61 Proven ability to work with agencies and generate excellent work from them 61 Proven track record of creative thinking in engaging customers. 61 Excellent sense of visual design, market trends, hot social topics, and ability to produce social contents that is engaging and on Brand. 61 Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a cross-functional team and partners to achieve outstanding results 61 Ability to continuously learn and adopt new communication and engagement strategies and technologies, with a proactive working attitude.
