岗位职责Responsibilities: 1. 用专业的电话礼仪处理来电。 Handle incoming calls with professional telephone etiquettes. 2. 根据呼叫中心知识基本信息并按照诊所政策回答患者的基本询问。 Answer basic patient inquiries based on the call center knowledge basic information and in line with clinic policies. 3. 协助患者安排预约。 Assist patients to schedule appointments. 4. 协调患者的电话请求,并在需要时将电话转接到相关部门。 Coordinate patients’ phone requests and transfer calls to relevant departments when needed. 5. 与相关诊所或其他部门协调为患者提供服务。 Coordinate services with relevant clinic or other department for patients. 6. 完成呼叫中心系统工作要求。 Complete the call center system working requirements. 7. 在线处理简单的客户投诉和突发案件。 Handle simple customer complaints and sudden cases online. 职位要求: 1. 大专及以上学历,中英文熟练(有2--3年医疗背景或高端健康行业从业者优先, 有客服经验者优先) College degree or above ,proficient in both Chinese and English (2-3 years of experience in the health industry or service industry is preferred) 2. 优秀的英语或其他语言沟通技巧。 Excellent English or other languages communication skills. 3. 了解门诊运营和医疗保健业务 Have knowledge of outpatient clinic operation& healthcare business 4. 良好的团队合作精神。 Good team work spirit. 5. 呼叫中心经验优先。 Call center experience priority. 6. 具备基本的电话销售技能。 Basic phone sales skills plus.
