Job Responsibilities:
61 Manage internal biophysics resources to perform biophysics characterization from clients’ needs.
61 provide strategic and technical oversight of biophysical assay deployment
61 Responsible for the client engagement and study proposal from both scientific and business perspective
61 Support integration of new technologies to enhance scientific excellence and productivity
61 Collaborate with hit finding and other teams for integrated projects
61 Mentor and develop selected scientists

Requirements：
61 Ph.D in Biophysics or related discipline.
61 5 years of experience in protein biophysics and drug development in a biopharmaceutical environment.
61 Demonstrated expertise in the use of biophysical methods, such as Biacore SPR, ITC, DSF, MST, NMR, Mass Spec, HPLC, CD et. al.
61 Excellent interpersonal and managing skills with the desire to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
61 Experience in team management and collaboration
61 FBDD related experience is preferred
