Main responsibilities
1. Assist the plant manager to organize the formulation of the company's annual quality objectives and plans, and be responsible for their implementation.
2. Quality system maintenace like ISO9001/ISO14001/EN15085
3. Support customer audit from quality perspective and finished the action plan, track the case untill closed
4. Be responsible to customer quality complaint and waranty service
5. Process control from incoming/assembly/delivery, design the process control plan and implement
6. Create the yearly audit plan for supplier or subcontractor and monitor the performance of them.
7. Continue improvemnt for parts and process, understand the standard spec, found the gap and achived
8. Manage QE and train the inspector from skills
9. Finished the task assigned by plant manger

Job requirements
1．Bachelor’s degree or above and major in Mechanical Engineering
2．Ten years of quality management experience in the manufacturing in-dustry, rail is plus.
3．Familiar with machining, welding, and assembly process
4. ability to use quality tools, 8D/PPAP/CP/FMEA/Poka Yoke, six-sigma is plus
5. must be proactive and responsible, can bear work pressure
6， Good commend of both written and oral English
