Responsibilities:
61 Responsible for formulating and revising operational risk management policy and procedure of the whole bank and implementing regulatory requirements;
61 Promote the development and application of operational risk management tools such as RCSA, Loss Data Collection and KRI.
61 To guide and supervise the operational risk management of the *** line of defense.
61 Collect and analyze operational risk event data, assess loss impact and assist business unit to develop prevention and control measures.
61 To arrange and organize training for staff throughout the Bank in respect of operational risk management
61 To perform other tasks as assigned by Division Manager

Job Specifications:
61 Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or related field
61 CET-6 or above is required.
61 Proficiency in both Chinese and English in particular good written and verbal communication skills
Experiences
61 2-5 years working experience in banking or related field. (familiar with operational tools)
