Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for - Strategic ASR marketing plan by GMPH way - Portfolio lifecycle management and development - Licensed Acquisition Platform / M&A opportunity identification - Achieve the business ASR revenue and OIBT - Strategic business management and development with cross-functional and WW communication management Strategic ASR Marketing Planning - Build the DS China strategic ASR marketing plan with the short, medium and long term business initiatives in annual ASR cycle following BD way of marketing - Work with product marketing and sales team, maintain close relationship with KOLs and conduct internal and external market researches to understand and identify market trends, competitive strategy, customer needs and market opportunities - Understand the evolving marketing landscape and outline the current situation of the organization and build goals and strategies to be implemented based on the market intelligence. - Create and develop marketing programs and tools that are targeted to the achievement of sales and margin goals - Complete preliminary and final marketing portfolio planning and budget - Allocate realistic marketing budget and the dedication of an implementation period, including the division of duties and responsibilities. - Track on the execution of strategic marketing plan - Achieve the business ASR revenue and OIBT
