Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct CFD/multi-physics simulation projects, for flow, heat transfer, and chemistry phenomena in all processing chambers. (Etch, CVD, and MOCVD, etc.) 2. Analyze the simulation results and document with the useful findings that will guide the optimization of product design and process recipe. 3. Work under the Simulation Head and with the Control Engineer to develop simplified physics models to help on the “Model-Based” control design and software package development. 4. Work with mechanical and/or process engineers to understand their issues, and explain the simulation findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements: 131. Major in Mechanics, Mechanical / Aerospace, Energy & Power / Thermal Physics, and Chemical Engineering, or related field, with CFD experiences using commercial software, such as ANSYS/Fluent, ESI/CFD-ACE, etc.
