Key Accountabilities 主要职责 : 1 Lead Huggies core line business growth, by business analysis and action alignment, communication and commercial implement 2 Strategy development for yearly MKT plan and 3-5 SBP plan, to sustainable long-term growth 3 Lead future innovation pipeline, including revamp for mature lines and 0-1 development for new lines based on business requirement. 4 Lead team growth, 2 official headcounts and 2-3 third party members 5 员工应在日常工作中,遵守公司的相关制度或流程规定,包括但不仅限于业务流程、政策、工作纪律准则等; Employee should execute the daily working in line with the company related policy or procedure including but not limited to business operation procedure\ policy\disciplinary policy , etc.
Qualification 任职资格:
- 8-10 years of end to end FMCG marketing related working experience, EC & offline business are both must
- Business owner for a mature brand, strong business accrum, with successful case of growth business (holistic marketing plan with strategy, communication and innovation)
- Team leadership is must, successful case of growing people
- Excellence in innovation & product story development
- Excellence in Communication and integrated marketing campaign
- Strong understanding regarding channels
- Strategical thinking
- Open minded, agility and & creative problem solver
