Job Responsibilities: 1.监控劳动关系合规风险,确保流程符合《劳动合同法》等法规要求 Monitor employment compliance risks to ensure adherence to Labor Contract Law and related regulations
5.协助合规经理处理数据保护、反***等专项合规事务 Assist Compliance Manager in GDPR/anti-corruption compliance initiatives
6.协助招聘流程中的背景调查及入职文件合规审查 Support recruitment background checks and onboarding document compliance review
7.组织培训活动后勤保障,管理培训记录及合规台账 Coordinate training logistics and maintain compliance training records
Skills&Qualifications: 1.法学及相关专业,本科及以上学历 Bachelor's degree in Legal or related field
2.英文为工作语言 English is workable.
3.二年以上合规岗位经验,熟悉劳动法等其他法律法规,具备基础合同法律审核能力 2+ years in compliance roles with knowledge of labor law and other regulations and laws,with basic legal contract review skills
4.敏锐的风险识别意识及跨部门协作能力 Risk awareness and cross-department collaboration skills
