Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in ML Ops AWS Machine Learning Docker AI&ML Concepts Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence Amazon Sagemaker Kubernetes Terraform and GIT. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Bioinformatics and Cheminformatics. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex bioinformatics and cheminformatics problems.
Utilize AWS Machine Learning services to build train and deploy models efficiently.
Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Apply AI and ML concepts to enhance data analysis and predictive modeling.
Leverage Amazon Sagemaker for model development training and deployment.
Use Terraform for infrastructure as code to manage cloud resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
Maintain and version control code using GIT.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Document processes models and code to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Optimize machine learning workflows for performance and scalability.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in ML Ops AWS Machine Learning Docker AI&ML Concepts Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence Amazon Sagemaker Kubernetes Terraform and GIT.
Demonstrate domain expertise in Bioinformatics and Cheminformatics.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Show proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning models.
Have a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.
Display strong collaboration and communication skills.
Maintain a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
