Drive POIS China Value Added Receiver&OEM business growth to meet sales target with alignment of Agilent China strategy; Explore Chemical & Advanced Materials (CAM) market opportunities for all Agilent’s portfolios and drive CAM business to meet growth goals; Understand market trends and collect ***-hand information from target industry, identify and provide insight to nurture business opportunities; Establish network with KOLs in the industry, engage with regulatory and/or key stakeholders to create early adoption of technology and new products, as well influence in the industry; Working together with Sales, Marketing and Solution team to develop, optimize and implement CAM business strategy; Closely collaborate with Solution team on new solution development, industrial testimonial and long-term solution roadmap readiness ; Build Agilent’s branding as leading company in industry, regarding to technical solution/capability, industry insight and company image Master’s degree (> 8 years of experience) or Ph.D. (> 5 years of experience) in material or relevant industry, in-deep understanding on Chemical & Advanced Materials or relevant industry development; Rich knowledge on the analytical platforms for Chemical & Advanced Materials analysis; Strong experience on KOL customer interaction and collaboration, good connection with China Chemical & Advanced Materials or relevant labs and industry associations; Enthusiasm on keeping learning, excellent oral/written communication, and presentation skills, highly skilled in interpersonal communication.
