Develop regulatory strategies for new products and license maintenance. Manage life cycle activities of marketed products independently. Track project status, monitor progress, manage HA queries, coordinate and provide feedback. Communicate with global, regional, and local stakeholders on projects. Provide regulatory strategy and comments on labels and promotional materials. Update RA policies and intelligence as needed. Support regulatory operations and excellence initiatives (e.g., SOP/OI Taskforce). Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, databases, and local regulations.
WHO YOU ARE
Education and Experience: Advanced tech degree in life sciences with: MS with 5 years of HF/food/cosmetics regulatory experience or BS with 7+ years of HF/food/cosmetics regulatory experience Knowledge: Highly knowledgeable about local Health Authority (HA) regulations to support registration and filing strategies. Well-versed in health food development technical requirements. Familiar with health food manufacturing procedures, nutrition and drug therapy, statistical concepts, and the collection and reporting of data from human trials. Skill: Strong ability to work independently, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Capability to operate effectively and collaboratively within a cross-functional framework.
