Responsibilities职责: 1) Execute sales activities directly or through agents and distributors; 开展销售工作,直接销售或者通过代理和经销商; 2) Develop and implement a plan to achieve the sales targets and successful relationship with customers; 制定和执行计划,完成销售任务,并与客户维持良好的关系; 3) Identify market opportunity and monitor the competitive environment.; 识别市场机会,收集竞争对手信息; 4) Forecast and report sales, sales activities and potential projects; 预测和汇报销售进展以及潜在项目; 5) Identify possible “Value-Added” Projects in order to create more profitable solutions beside the pure sale of welding-wire; 识别可能的高附加值项目,创造除了纯粹焊丝销售之外的、利润更高的方案;
Requirements要求: 1) Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Material, Welding or Metallurgy Engineering related; 本科毕业,机械、材料、焊接工程或冶金工程相关专业; 2) Good command of written and oral English; 熟练的英文说写能力; 3) At least 5 years working experience in sales/marketing for heavy industry or related industries; 在重工业或者相关行业至少5年的销售和市场工作经验; 4) Integrity, honesty, independence; 正直,诚实,独立; 5) Travel up to 50%. 能够适应高达50%的出差频率。

Salary薪水: Base salary + interesting variable income component 基本薪资 + 奖金
