Major tasks and responsibilities of position
61Contribution to the identification, planning and implementation of AI-based solutions aimed at achieving measurable improvements in various business areas
61Raise AI awareness across the organization and motivate active involvement in AI adoption through targeted communication and engagement initiatives
61Partial project responsibility in identifying opportunities and needs for generative AI applications and developing tangible solutions with generative AI technologies using agile and design thinking methods
61Contribution to bridging between the business areas and technical teams to ensure constructive communication and collaboration in the adoption of AI technologies. Work with external vendors to ensure optimal use of their products and services
61Responsible for developing and conducting training and support initiatives to ensure user-friendly adoption and optimized utilization of AI solutions across various user groups within the organization.
61Contribution to the value and impact assessment of AI solutions by measuring, analyzing, and reporting relevant metrics. Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI initiatives for future strategic planning
61Keep track of current developments and best practices in the field of generative AI and apply these insights in your work

Realizing the value proposition of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Covestro by enabling the embedding of models into existing business processes.
Performing activities to achieve the EBITDA targets for APAC AAA team.

Qualifications
61A university degree in a relevant field such as artificial intelligence, computer science, business administration, innovation management, technology management or organizational development (preferably master’s)
61At least 3 years of professional experience of participating in AI projects and are adept at applying agile and design thinking methods
61Experience in working with Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation and other AI technologies, especially in applying these technologies to solve complex problems and improve business processes
61Excellent communication and persuasion skills and a friendly and confident manner to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
61knowledge of the digital transformation of organizations, coupled with technical understanding and business insight
61Have intercultural competence, experience working in multicultural, interdisciplinary teams and the ability to adapt to different cultural work environments as well as build and maintain relationships in a diverse business context
61Fluent in Chinese and English and can present complex technical and business concepts clearly and convincingly to various stakeholders
