Job Descriptions: 1、Energy Solutions Eco Partnerships Establishment and Maintenance: Explore and establish new partnerships and maintain existing ones with key energy devices manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, installers and other related channel parties to secure energy solutions technology leadership and expand the market presence of enjoyelec. 2、Electricity Market Stakeholders Partnership Establishment and Maintenance: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the global energy market, including but not limited to utilities, electricity aggregators and local electricity providers to support the growth of the energy solutions business. Drive strategic initiatives to increase the adoption of energy solutions by global energy market stakeholders. 3、Industry Events and Conferences Attending: Actively participate in industry events and conferences relevant to enjoyelec's energy solutions target market and technologies, establish networks with energy solutions industry professionals and interested parties. Report back to the enjoyelec team on key takeaways and potential leads generated from industry events. 4、Energy Solutions Market and Sales Execution: Work closely with the Energy Solutions Team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve market sales targets for energy solutions. Be responsible for own sales targets and ensure timely progress through proactive and efficient execution. Respond promptly and participate actively in virtual meetings with clients across different time zones to provide real-time support and address their needs 5、Analyze Energy Solutions Market Landscape: Understand and research current and upcoming global regulations, incentive programs, and pilot projects related to energy solutions and smart home energy technologies. 6、Analyze Customer Requirements:Assist the Pre-sales and Technical Teams in conducting market analysis and research. Engage in in-depth communication with customers to accurately analyze their needs, ensuring that the solutions are highly aligned with customer expectations and market demands. Track the entire process and efficiently manage the progress of business expansion and project delivery to ensure the smooth advancement of projects. 7、Business and Solution Proposal Creation: Develop compelling and persuasive business and solution proposals that clearly outline the value proposition of enjoyelec's energy solutions technology and highlight its benefits for customers, partners, and investors, and be responsible for negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, to finish the business cooperation. 8、Internal Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with enjoyelec internal teams, such as engineers, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Energy Solutions business proposal. Attend regular or irregular BD team meetings and update customer business demands to internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed of progress and challenges. Qualifications: 1、Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference given to those with a background in marketing, management, public relations, business administration or related fields. 2、Industry Background: 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with business development experience in large corporates or start-ups; familiar with new energy business and customer relationship management (CRM). 3、Language Skills:Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills is required; proficiency in German, French, Dutch or Spanish is preferred. Office Skills: 1、Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 2、Strong communication skills and clear verbal expression. 3、Ability to handle and resolve unexpected situations.
