I. MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION职位概述
The responsible scope covers effective quality management of outsourced site, and high-quality finished goods based on the SOP, to achieve the customer satisfaction.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责
Outsourced manufacturing center (subcontractor) introduction and daily quality management;
Carry out the process audit and product audit;
Focus on regular KPI reviewing and performance rating; kick off and review the continuous improvement at the subcontractors;
Handle the maverick lot from manufacturing process and testing;
Monitor the reliability of product, and review the change of product/process;
Support the commercial teams in product promotion and qualification, customer audit.
III. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Technical Skills) 通用背景和能力要求
Engineering major with bachelor’s degree graduation at least;
10 years or above working experience in Semiconductor industry, good understanding in assembly process & electrical testing;
Be familiar with IATF 16949. Knowledge of VDA 6.3 is a plus;
Be familiar with Quality tools (e.g. control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE);
Good communication in English.

Supplier’s (or subcontractor) management.
The job-holder needs to have good product knowledge, manufacturing knowledge as well as the quality knowledge in semiconductor. The skill and experience of effectively communicate and influence inside WeEn, and outside with the outsourcing center and customer are the key factors to achieve the continuous improvement and high quality product.
