We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the HR Director in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture. The role will focus on designing employee engagement initiatives, managing end-to-end recruitment, and driving employee development through training programs, workshops, and succession planning. This position requires a proactive professional who can ensure compliance, resolve employee concerns, and align HR strategies with business goals.
Main Responsibilities
Organizational Culture: Support HR Director in develop and implement strategies to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring alignment with company values and mission.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.
Competence Development: Support HR Director in identifying skill gaps and design tailored development plans for employees.
Organize and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning opportunities to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
Support the implementation of succession planning and talent development initiatives to build a strong internal talent pool.
Main Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational culture, or competence development. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws and can work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred. Excellent English skill.
