Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the market and business development. Provide services and applications consulting services to customers.

4. 负责所管辖区域内的业务的发展和具体实施情况,完成年度销售目标；
Be in charge of the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals in defined area.

5. 培养和带领初级销售工程师熟悉业务、制定销售计划和目标，并实现销售目标；
Train and lead junior sales engineers to know vacuum business, develop sales plans, and achieve sales targets.

6. 培养、建立和维护客户关系，建立并完善清晰准确的客户档案；
Cultivate, build and maintain relationships with customers; Establish and improve Customer Profile clearly and accurately.

7. 协调公司内部资源，熟悉并关注业务流程，提高客户满意度；
Coordinate the company resource, be familiar with business process to achieve customer satisfaction.

8. 通过销售服务能敏锐地感知客户的潜在需求，并转化为销售机会。
Keenly sense the potential demand by sales services to customers and convert it into the sales opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 超过5年的销售经验、客户管理经验，了解熟悉终端用户；
Rich experience in Sales and Customer Management more than 5 years, understand these related target customers.

2. 具有优秀的营销技巧和市场嗅觉；
Have the excellent marketing techniques and market insight.

3. 优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、谈判能力；
Excellent market development, project coordination and negotiation ability.

4. 承压能力强，善于从有限资源中寻求解决方案；
Ability to work under pressure, good at finding solutions from limited resources.

5. 优秀的谈判和沟通表达技巧，敏锐的市场嗅觉，能从客户处得到有效信息，并发掘潜力客户。

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above.
