Global Supplier Development Engineer 1.Ensure specific requirements from OEMs and/or other JSS Regions to be carried out by suppliers during products developments 2.Provide support on Feasibility concerns resolution if required Tracking tooling development progress 3.Review FOT parts and samples status in each stage, push supplier to do improvements if needed 4.Set up periodical reviews with assigned Suppliers to monitor APQP activities progress and achieve PPAP timely submission (documents and parts. 5.Execute early review of PFMEA and Control Plan, ensure consistency, robustness and correct execution. 6.Provide support to resolve PPAP open items for focus parts if deemed necessary. 7.For CLD3 components and if deemed necessary for CLD2 parts, lead on site Process Audit and Run@Rate. 8.Provide support to SQ Regional Teams for specific cases. Collaborate with SQ and Purchasing team to develop purchasing strategy such as demands allocation for the assigned commodities. 9.Coach and mentor the identified “to be developed” suppliers to let them understand and align to JSS requirements and ensure readiness for global business. 10.Work with Purchasing Team to identify and qualify more competitive suppliers or help existing suppliers to do VAVE project to keep competition. Lead Supplier Quality Improvements such as organization, system, process and products as deemed necessary. Note: applies to poor performers. Education, professional experience 1. Bachelor degree in technical disciplines, preferably Engineering degree 2. Working experience in automotive companies with international business Min 5 years 3. Working experience in Quality roles, preferably in Supplier Quality Min 5 years 4. Working experience in Engineering, Operations, or Purchasing roles represent a plus
