Position Summary The Sector Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in developing Material research business growth strategy with marketing plan implementation. Development of planning metrics for the business development, sales funnel, investment- and marketing projects. Requirements Education 1、Master’s degree or above in material science related descipline, PhD is a plus
Experience 1、Minimum 2 years of marketing experience or pre-sales technical support mixed experience in raw material in-dustry, new material, energy material, or Material science, analysis instruments industry, with EM/FIBSEM expe-rience
Other skills 1、Proficiency in understanding, analyzing, and summarizing comprehensice and complex technical, market and research information / data 2、Proven project managements skills and results orientation 3、Ability to build up collaborative relationship with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, even often with the global team communication 4、Excellence in written and verbal communication, both Chinese and English 5、Self motivator with the ability to work under pressure 6、Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Main Tasks 1、Collect market intelligence to support business strategy formulation, and daily operational decisions 2、Leverage internal and external resources to provide segment-level insights, and for strategic consulting on marketing strategy, and can initiate segment marketing programs 3、Work with sales team on segments marketing programs delivery with clear metrics 4、Routine communicate and collaborate with global marketing teams to drive a thorough understanding of market opportunities, value proposition development, and global resources localization 5、Continuously monitoring and analyzing industry trends and customers activities 6、Understand and describe the jobs and requirements of our customers (Job-to-be-done) for the respective market 7、Conduct market-/sector analyses 8、Development of growth strategies for the supervised markets 9、Development of marketing material and campaigns covering the portfolio for relevant markets 10、Participation in strategy and roadmap planning (products, solutions, and applications) 11、Perform other duties as required
