Responsibilities
61 Raw material and finish products shelf life monitoring & testing & extending.
61 Ensure testing methods are standardized and complied.
61 Daily check QC data, lab 5S and weekly check instruments, follow up the findings, do the corrective actions and preventive actions.
61 Maintain material code in SAP.
61 Training and evaluating lab technicians.
61 Establish new test method for developed product and customer requirement.
61 Ensure SHE policies and procedures are in place for the lab.
61 Prepare and conduct internal quality audits in all departments.
61 Lead in problem solving for supplier complaints.
61 Follow up the annual Site Objectives.
61 Follow up the CA/PA of Quality incidents.
61 Management of document control.
61 Coordinate ISO9001 surveillant audit, P2P audit, customer audit.
61 Coordinate and prepare the management review for site.
Required Skills and Experience
61 Minimum 3 years QC lab working experience in chemical related manufacturing plant.
61 Familiar with analysis principle.
61 Knowledge of ISO9001 quality system.
61 SAP management, familiar with Quality part.
61 Analytical Instruments management, familiar with HPLC/GC/UV/titrator /rheometer/NIR.
61 Strong analytical and problem solving ability and good communication and coordination ability.
Qualifications
61 Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Polymer Science/Industrial Chemistry or other related fields
