Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Drive deployment projects from lead project until the “goes live” milestone
2. Coordinate the cross-functional team and clients to achieve projects objectives (quality, schedule, budget)
3. Be the direct responsible interface with the clients for the project deployment and commissioning
4. Ensure quality of project deliverables
5. Establish standard processes supporting project deployment (schedules, milestones management)
6. Responsible of the organization of project documentation, published information and project performance measurement within Project Management Office
7. Assist Solution team in identifying and overseeing project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies and deadlines
8. Ensures project KPI are under control, skills in risk management

Key Skills and Competencies:
1. Advanced degree, experience in SaaS, Energy or Asset management is a plus
2. Experience in Program management and Project management
3. Experience in management multiple projects simultaneously in different regions
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
5. Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders (internal & external)
6. Organized, able to synthetize to present to senior leadership
7. Demonstrate drive to coordinate multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
8. Fluent in the use of Microsoft suite (Teams, Word, Excel et.), MS Project and Confluence is a plus
9. Cross-cultural: Fluent in English and Chinese. Experience overseas is an advantage
10. Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and communication with various stakeholders
