You are responsible for:
1 Supporting multiple projects and strategic initiatives for the Kitchen Appliances program.
2 Supporting the communication design activities and delivering relevant output on time and with
quality throughout the full ‘Solution Development Process’ from project initiation to product launch.
3 Occasionally leading smaller projects or new initiatives, depending on complexity and skillset
requirements.
4 Supporting consumer and competitor research to identify user needs and design opportunities to
create strong value and differentiation.
5 Crafting digital CDJ content, Communication Framework, Assets, product landing pages content for
online channels.
6 Delivering packaging artwork for diverse range of Kitchen appliances.
7 Applying communication design guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
8 Reviewing artwork and assets creation and deliver feedback documentations to ensure design
intents are implemented.
9 Teaming up with designers from different disciplines and with project team members from
marketing, R&D and other relevant functions

We are looking for someone that has the following qualities:
1 Bachelor or Master Degree in visual communication or graphic design or related education.
2 3-5 years' relevant experience in home appliances or consumer electronics, with a great sense of
aesthetics and composition.
3 Ability to support on communication design content creation, from online digital and packaging, to
in-store touch points.
4 Ability to review and guide during the assets creation process.
5 Solid craft of design skills, including artwork illustration and retouching, visual semantics and visual
hierarchy.
6 Professional, independent, pro-active, eager to learn and improve with a collaborative and can-do
mindset.
7 Bringing fresh and bold ideas to the team.
8 You can work with a full range of core design software tools and applications – Adobe CS (Illustrator,
Photoshop, InDesign etc.) and CGI related software.
9 Willing to travel to suppliers and design related exhibitions.
10 Strong storyteller and narrative ability in verbal and written communication in English.
